As some much-needed inventory begins to come onto our market following the end of this year’s first quarter, leaving us with approximately 4,500 listings overall, it’s time to review the ways in which this and other recent changes have impacted local real estate so far in 2019.

In terms of pricing, listings in ranges at and below $300,000 have been largely unaffected at this point. Resale homes listed above that price point, meanwhile, have seen a slight decrease in sales—as have new construction properties.
